Being Overweight and the Highway to Obesity

Is being overweight the highway to obesity? I had to shake my head in disbelief when I heard on the news that there are towns in the US where 3 out of 4 people are overweight.
Please understand: being overweight isn't the same thing as obesity - MANY OF US ARE OVERWEIGHT - but being overweight is the highway to obesity, leading us to all the health issues and dangers obesity brings.
So if you want to lose weight, get in shape, and battle obesity, here are some bodybuilding diet tips for you:
- Eat five or six small meals a day, rather than two or three big meals, as this helps us "Control Body Fat". Why is this so important? There is a quantum difference between weight loss and body fat control - most fad or crash diets burn off more lean muscle than fat, and THIS is where the substantial weight loss is manifested, by leaving you weak and tired and hungry all the time.
- By contrast, small amounts of food substances taken five or six times a day allow the digestive system to provide a more productive application of assimilation of nutrition. LARGE volumes of food overburden the tummy, etc., and much of the food substances are immediately converted to fat in an attempt to deal with the overload. Imagine such an overload occurring three times a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, and no wonder our digestive systems struggle to work efficiently!
- My Homeopathic doctor told me how keeping the tummy busy with SMALL amounts of food is the secret to a healthy digestion. This practice alerts hormones and other secretions like bile etc., and keeps everything in constant motion, thereby creating a fat burning inferno.
