I have a favorite muscle building recipe which is easy to prepare and perfect for a cold January!
Recipe: In a sauce pan, mix one can of chicken broth; a sliced, grilled chicken breast; a portion of cooked barley; a handful of your favorite mixed vegetables.
Directions: warm over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
Secret tip: garnish with a sprinkle of your favorite cheese - enjoy!
